Adventure Pass Submission

Submit Your Adventure

For those using a charter school purchase order, this is where you submit your approved Adventure Pass with order #'s and Pass name. This is the next step once you've received your approval email.

You only need to submit 1 form per location and include all order #'s related to your adventure location.

It is best to submit your adventure at least
1 week in advance. Please allow up to 3 days to receive your e-tickets via email. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case! You can add hello@fieldslearingtrips.com to your contacts to avoid our emails going to your spam folder.

*Please note if you submit your date for more than 4 weeks ahead of time, you may receive your tickets closer to 2 weeks prior to your date submission.

Your tickets are nonrefundable and tickets cannot be changed once submitted.

  • Tickets purchased for my order are non-refundable and cannot be changed once submitted.

  • I am responsible for supervising all members of my group and following all venue rules during the field trip

  • A Field Trip for Learning facilitates ticket purchases but does not own or operate the venues.

  • I understand that participation is voluntary, and I assume responsibility for myself and all members of my group. I agree that A Field Trip for Learning is NOT responsible for injuries,accidents, loss,theft, or damages that may occur during participation to the fullest extent permitted by law
